Can not create a new list

  • WP 5.6 and MailPoet 3.56.0

    I have issues creating lists and updating lists. The UI says it completes successfully, but the new list or update never displays. Where can I look to find error logs?

  • I noticed you are using an old version of MailPoet on your site.

    Would you mind updating both MailPoet 3 and MailPoet 3 Premium to their latest version (3.58.0)? You can do that on WP-Admin > Dashboard > Updates.

    Let me know if it fixes that issue.
