Can NOT delete previous scans from history

    Hello and thank you for your work.

    The plugin works as expected but. As per title, when we try to delete the previous scans, we get the error:

    [“\/home2\/mysitesname\/public_html\/4bc\/wp-content\/themes\/sparkling-shop\/screenshot.png”,”\/home2\/mysitesname\/public_html\/4bc\/wp-content\/themes\/sparkling\/inc\/admin\/images\/ico-delete.png”,”\/home2\/mysitesname\/public_html\/4bc\/wp-content\/themes\/sparkling\/screenshot.png”]

    Most likely it has to do with the “Sparkling theme” we use. Unfortunately we cannot disable it and test it. Has this happened before? Any ideas?

    Hi marikamitsos,

    I haven’t seen this error, or anything similar to it, before. If you want to diagnose this deterministically as your theme, you can set this up in a dev or staging site and see if you can recreate the problem there and switch themes safely, etc. If you just want to solve it, you can delete the scans via FTP. They’re stored in your wp-content/uploads/profiles folder and named [scan name].json

    No time for that at the moment ??
    Will have to go with the manual delete for the moment.

    Please let us know if you come up with something.
