Can Not Delete Questions

    We can not delete questions can anyone explain why this might be the case? Added too many to a quiz and it will not delete them using the frash can icon and delete. Cleared caches etc.

    That is quite strange. We do not have any other users experiencing this behavior. That means it is extremely likely you are experiencing a conflict. In other words another plugin or theme is causing interference. We will need you to isolate the conflict before we can be of further assistance.

    To search for conflicts, please follow these steps.

    1. First please deactivate all plugins except [Plugin] and see if the issue persists.
    2. If the issue is resolved, reactivate your plugins one by one, testing after each to see if the issue returns.
    3. If no conflict is found among your plugins, try reverting to a default WP theme like ‘Twenty Sixteen’, or ‘Twenty Seventeen’, and see if the issue is resolved.
