Can not download automatically.

    I can not download automatically from the folder EWZ has created.
    I can download under ‘management items’ the spreadsheet and files.
    But using a command “ftp_get_list( & ftp_get_file(” used in xbasic, does not.
    I think those commands are also used in Microsoft basic.
    This command line works in our club website OK, but the testing website does not.
    I see that there are settings for permissions.
    I have added permissions to the webmaster person. Still does not work.
    Any suggestions where to look?

    If you are using ftp, then the issue is likely to be in the file permissions on your server, not in the entrywizard settings.

    EntryWizard only requires that the file be readable/writeable by the webserver process itself. Possibly your ftp user does not have read permission on the file.

    Thanks, I will check it.
    If I do not find any thing in the server, after removing the images that are present now, I will delete the EWZ and re-install it.
    I will post results in a few days.

    The hosting was under Godaddy. I have giving up.
    Actually I was having erratic issues downloading other files types too.
    Cancelled and started with a different hosting company and problems are gone.
