can not download full version but have paid

  • Anyone heard back from this company? I have emailed their paypal address, also the website email and I will now even email his personal email linked to the domain registration from whois.

    No luck have had the money deducted from my paypal account, I noticed 24 hours after I paid the download function was gone and it now says that it had been closed and no longer available, yet I didn’t get a refund.

    I have noticed the hyperlink that is meant to only appear in footer is also scattered throughout my site. We have spent hours configuring this to work so if we cant get the pro version we will need to try adjust the code ourselves.
    Anyone have any updates?

    Nope. No one has heard back. I did hear from several threads that the company was sold over the internet to some guy, and he has no idea what to do with it. I guess he finally got the Pro version removed, since so many people were complaining. Bad thing is that he isn’t giving refunds either.

    How long ago did you purchase the pro version? I put a claim through Paypal and got my money back in two weeks.

    thanks for the heads up really pissed off about this as we have hyperlinks all over my site, the new owner has changed this but ddidnt respond to my direct emails? and the old owner didn’t bother refunding people? Great work guys!!!

    Anyways here is what PayPal just said:

    Your dispute is open
    Thank you. We’ll email you when the seller responds. If the seller does not respond, your dispute will automatically close on 30 Sep 2014 unless you escalate it to a PayPal claim. Don’t worry, we’ll email you a reminder before the dispute automatically closes. Please note that when you escalate a dispute to a claim, you’re asking PayPal to review the case and decide the outcome.

    Guessing I will get my cash back at the end of 30 Sep 2014.

    Will report this to WordPress too.

    The site will not open. I googled the owner he has been trying to sale the site for a yr now. Claiming he had growth in customers but has not reached his $$$ for the amount he wants.
