Can not download wordpress

  • For the past 2 days I have been trying to download wordpress. And this comes up

    Internet Explorer can not download latest.zip from www.ads-software.com
    Internet Explorer was not able to open this Internet site. The requested site is either unavailable or can not be found. Please try again later.

    Does anyone know why or how I can fix this problem? Thank you
