• I’m having several issues with the funnels first issue is adding the product the product is already on the website however when I provide the link or any type of information that is required for the product to be connected it does not recognize the product I keep getting an error code in addition to this the new issue now is I cannot even edit the funnel so an entire week has gone to the wayside because I cannot move on.

    Hi @johnmendezmog , thanks for informing us.

    1. If you are noticing that the funnels are greyed out, then here’s what you do:
      i. Go to WPFunnels > Settings and here choose funnel type as “Complete Funnel”
      ii. Next, make sure you have WooCommerce enabled.
      iii. Now check if you are able to edit the page.

      If this doesn’t solve your issue, then can you give a screenshot of what you see when you try to edit the funnel?
    2. Also, when assigning products to the funnel, you have to assign it in the checkout step by searching for the product name. Did you try that?
      (Please make sure you are following the right steps to assign the product. You may get help from this video.)
