Can not edit or create Tickets in Plug In

I purchased the full version of Event Monster, to be able to take bookings with a ticket system.

Trying to add tickets in the Tickets section. I have 56 empty tickets that are un-editable.

If i try to add one i get the box to add but when i click the Create Ticket button, it disappears but no tickets in the list.

If i go to the we site and try and sign up for a ticket, i get the following message.

No ticket found. Please assign some tickets from settings page!

All help is gratefully received.
We need this to get our club to Covid Guidelines in 48 hours, so we are really stuck.
