Can NOT edit Themify Pop Up in Builder with Ultra

  • I just started a ticket at the Themify Support Forum here https://themify.me/forum/topic/cant-edit-themify-pop-up-in-builder-with-ultra but I’m also posting here too in case this is a better option since it is a free pop up.

    I’m using the Themify Popup plugin on this and other pages https://www.buy-and-sell-cars-for-profit.com/ and when you click either of the two “CLICK HERE NOW” buttons on that page you will see there are scroll bars in the pop up. Those scroll bars didn’t used to be there so I want to resize the pop up so the scroll bars go away. The problem is that when I open the pop up in the Builder it won’t let me edit anything. Meaning that there’s no controls to edit the content and size of the actual pop up. And yes, this is even after clicking the “Turn on builder” link.

    I’m using WP 4.9.1 and the plugin https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/themify-popup/ says it has only been tested up to WP 4.8.4.

    How can I fix this?

  • Hi, I don’t know if you’ve already found a fix for this issue but in the current version of Themify Popups (1.1.0) the settings for popup size are found on the backend editor, on the Themify Custom Panel, under the “Popup Settings” tab.
