Can not exclude page

WP 4.2.2Can not exclude pages.
WordPress-Adresse (URL): https://sample.com
Website-Adresse (URL): https://sample.comWant to exclude: https://sample.com/one/
Gave it (and updated settings):
https://sample\.com/one/
https://www\.sample\.com/one/But it did not work.
How would I set ^/$ and ^$ ? Can you kindly give an example?
Do I have wrong syntax? I am not into regex btw.
