    Hello,

    Forminator no longer exports form submissions. I used to be able to select export and download a csv file but now I get redirected to the home page of my wordpress site. I also tried exporting from the gear icon but nothing downloads.

    I am running version 1.13.4 of the plugin.

    Sorry to hear you are having this problem.

    Are you using the latest WordPress version 5.5?

    I tested the export feature on WordPress 5.5, default WordPress theme without no other plugin enabled and it worked as expected.

    I also testes on different browsers Chrome and Firefox.

    It can indicate a possible conflict on your website.

    Could you run a plugin conflict test?

    Make sure to have a staging website or full backup.

    Disable all plugins keeping only Forminator enabled, check if the issue is gone if so, enable one by one trying to replicate the problem until the issue returns.

    In case the problem persists, switch to default WordPress theme and check if the issue is gone.

    I deactivated all the plugins and reactivated them one at a time. It turns out the woocommerce drop ship plugin was the culprit. It looks like the most recent plugin update has some issues.

    Everything is working as it should now. Thanks for the help.

    Hi,
    The plugin works smoothly and quickly – I put together a subscription form with payment amazingly easily. But – I can’t get to the data which is submitted.
    The Submissions page shows a few columns (… ‘+8 other fields’), and the email report gives me a quick summary, of the same 5 fields, BUT NONE of the several CHECK BOX responses at all!
    So I can access none of the data about who has registered.
    I downloaded a CSV file and that column is blank.
    Is this a bug or have I missed something?
