    hi nicholaschy,

    this is issue is caused by the wrong wechat plugin configuration.

    u could firstly enable the wehcat plugin Log config and do a transaction ,then check the log to see the error.

    the log is locate in /plugin folder/logs/XXXX.log on the server.
