Can not get the plugin to activate

  • I have WooCommerce active, but I get this message on the plugins.php screen

    You have to install and activate WooCommerce before you can use WooCommerce Poor Guys Swiss Knife

    Very odd WooCommerce 2.2.10 is active.

    Any ideas?
