Can not get theme to load

    You don’t have permission to access /wp-admin/update.php on this server.

    ^ Why does that message keep popping up? I have been trying to upload my new theme for 2 days… Beyond frustrated… Can anyone help?

    I have contacted my hosting company and they keep sending me here… is there anyone that can help?
