Can NOT hide box on a specific page

    I have tried two dozen if pages, if url’s and everything else – the box still shows up on the two pages i don’t want it to. I may be going insane at this point.

    if i use the page ID – which drop down option do i select? if page or if url?

    and to be clear – if i say,

    if page is NOT the thank you page – you can show the boxzilla – right?

    site still under construction, forgive me for now providing a link.

    this is just the one rule. I have no idea why this isn’t working.

    can you change it to “url contains” instead of “url is” as what you filled is just part of the url, it’s not the full url.

    hey @lapzor – that didn’t seem to work either.

    That section says, “load box if” – i wish there was a ‘disable box if’ option.

    It just doesn’t make sense to have the box on a thank you page where they’ve already filled out the form OR on the form page – as it asks them to fill out the form.

    You can set it to load box if “page IS NOT” or if url DOES NOT contain …”

    @lapzor Man – that didn’t do it either. I’ve used Box for several sites, never had this issue. I don’t want to have to switch to a different plugin. I’m going to uninstall and reinstall, see if that fixes it.

    Here’s a screen shot – and Lap – thank you for the assistance. i really appreciate it.

    it contains the url where i do not want it to show up. i have one other page i don’t want it to show up but for now, i’d just like to get it working.

    I recommend to change it to does not contain thank-you
    so without the rest of the url.
