Can NOT import variable product

Hello i have export my variable product and have create same for new products and import to the site, but when see the product its out of stock and all variathion and price has gone. I have try a lot have change ID have chage parent ID to SKU-01 still does’t work.
Please can you help me? tell me what need write in Parents id and ID. What i do wrong?
ok. I have a lot of product’s variable and want add in site.
So for example i have export one of my variable product what i have created, and have And looking at the example, I added new data after saving, I imported it to the woocommerce, and instead of a variable product, only the product with the attributes of which I contributed appears. Ie there are no variations and prices, but there is other data. That’s why I did not understand where I make a mistake. Why everything is loaded except for variations and prices and the product shows that it is not available.

So please tell me where i do wrongI have exportall product and delete all product, then have change the ID of all product start from 1 and import. But all product have import but all is out of stock WHY ?

If I understand correctly, you’re having a hard time importing variable products because of the parent-id field – correct?
If that’s indeed correct, you’ll want to make sure that the paren-if field is the same one as that which is used in the WordPress admin area. Here’s a screenshot of where to find that parent-id:
