Can not load preview for Customer payment retry

  • Hi there,

    Is it possible to have an mockup order that fills the customer payment retry email? Now the plugin requires real data… but in our case non of our orders have an failed payment.

    We would like to edit the text of the certain emails.

    Hi Kevin,
    Apologies for the delay. Sorry, I’m not quite sure what you’re asking. Can you clarify? Which text are you hoping to edit? You should be able to customize the failed order email type in the same way you would the other emails. I apologize if I’m missing something.

    Hello Hannah,

    Apologies for the delay. You will find a video link where you can see the issue.
    The moment I select email type Customer Payment Retry the preview will not change so I am not sure what I am editing…
