Can Not Log Into My WordPress – Keep Being Redirected?

I am using S2member a wordpress membership plugin for my website, but when i go to https://www.MyWebsite.com/wp-admin it redirects me to the S2member log-in page and i CAN NOT log into my wordpress account, can anyone help?

I heard i can rename the plugin through filezilla and this will disable it, but won’t that reset the plugin, plus more importantly, won’t i have to do this again the next time?
