can not move uploaded file to the uploads folder

    Hi,

    Got an error “can not move uploaded file to wp-content/uploads/2021/06” while changing the profile and cover images of member, but it was no problem for earlier upload.

    The strange thing is, the cover_photo and profile_photo are stored under /wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/, why it will be moved to other folder?

    Will it anyway relates to Jetpack site accelerator? which I had recently disabled.

    Any suggestion…Thanks

    Hi,

    This may be because of a plugin/theme conflict. Can you do a conflict test and see if the issue goes away? This doc explains how to do a conflict test if you are not sure: How to do a plugin/theme conflict test?

    Hi @champsupertramp

    It seems not related to the conflict with plugin/theme, but the permission issue for the file system. Since we are using Bitnami service, once change owner the problem solved.

    Just wondering why it will move the uploaded file to wp-content/uploads/2021/06 while the profile and cover images of member are located in the /wp-content/uploads/ultimatemember/
