Can not Publish posts in Firefox

  • Hi, I am not sure what happened but my site was working fine earlier today and now it will not allow me to publish posts from the post edit screen. The weird thing is this is only happening in Firefox and yes I have cleared my cache, I have even tried accessing it from a different machine and still nothing.

    When it happened I was trying some new plugins and I have since deactivated them and even changed the name of my plugins folder. I also switched to the 2012 theme (all the standard bug fixes) nothing seems to be correcting this issue.

    It does allow me to change the status of the post to published on the quick edit screen, but that is not even an option on the edit screen and the publish button just saves it as a draft.

    I can’t post a link to this site because it is only hosted locally and is still in the development phase.

    I really need to get this figured out if anyone has any ideas of what to please let me know, thank you.
