Can not reply against any ticket

  • Agent can not able to reply or not send any private note against any ticket.
    Please Help Me.

    If you are using theme integration setting it may be conflicting with your theme or another plugin.To identify this, please deactivate plugins one by one and check if the issue exists. If the issue stops after disabling a plugin, the conflict is there. Let us know how you go.
