if still the problem is still, create a child theme, mandatory, we must never alter the code of a theme, create a child theme.
then in the child theme, put the file header.php
look for the line
<?php wp_head() ?>

add after this
<link rel="stylesheet" href="https://maxcdn.bootstrapcdn.com/font-awesome/4.3.0/css/font-awesome.min.css">

wpDiscuz settings > style tab
There is a checkbox disable/enable font awesome. Please try.
