Can not see my subscribers

    I installed Jetpack ages ago on my self-hosted website and now updated to the latest version.

    When trying to see the list of my subscribers I go to Jetpack -> Settings -> Discussions and click to see my followers.

    I get redirected to a blank WordPress page.

    And now I am clueless and would appreciate your advice.
