Can not see where to select date

Hi,

I am needing some help with a site we have in development.
We are using the Event Tickets plugin to allow users to book a cruise. There are different cruisers that run every day at different times.
We are not sure how the user can select the Date, Time and type of cruise they are going on.

I am probably not understanding the plugin correctly but any help to be able to do this would be very much appreciated.
