    I have received a mail after send mail to user why i’m getting this message here

    It is hard to know for sure. How many users did you try and email? What is your BCC limit set to? Based on the first part of the message it appears your hosting provider limits emails to 100 per hour.

    If the settings for BCC limit combined with the targeted number of users resulted in more than 100 emails, the 100 email per hour limit from your hosting provider would kick in.

    yes i chat with my hosting provider they have a limitation for sending mail/h

    i want to ask you again

    in your mail is there any schedule maintain option or sending mail per hour

    This subject has come up a number of times in the past. While technically possible to implement a scheduling feature (likely using wp_cron)), I have no plans to do so at this time.

    Unfortunately I have limited cycles to put into my open source projects and an enhancement like you are requesting is pretty far down the list.
