Can not Swap template in the page editing

  • Hi,

    Please take a look at the screen recording https://screenrec.com/share/EdqiRIPAN2

    While trying to change the Page template, “Swap template” will display for half second then only “edit template” and “Show template” shown at the end. Means there is no way to Swap template.

    This will not happen if I change to theme like 2024.

    Any suggestion to solve this issue…

    I had deactivated all the plugins, but still can not use “Swap template”, while changed to theme 2024, “Swap template” works as normal.

    I like to use BizGrove very much, but if this can not be resolved, it’s a pitty.

    Hello Mubiesam,

    The template swap is not working for the front page because we use a front-page.html static template for it. However, the swap should work fine on other pages. Please try it on those. For the front page, you can replace patterns and content using the Site Editor.

    It works with the Twenty Twenty-Four theme because they don’t use a front-page.html template. I hope this helps clarify the situation.
