    Hello,

    if you select multiply orders and try to change status to custom status you will see dropdown with this value:

    Change status to ….

    All dropdown values are fine. But how to translate it?
    This are custom status from your plugin.

    We contact loco translate and try to translate the dropdown values from your plugin.
    Also loco translate was not able to do it.
    We also disabled all other plugins and switched to default theme.
    Still not working.

    Our language in wordpress is fine / correct one lik setup in loco.
    We do not using any cache.

    The plugin is actually working perfectly. It is possible to translate the “Change status to,” but the custom statuses, being dynamic text strings, are not translated.

    I recommend doing the translation correctly by following the steps in the documentation: Keep in mind that Loco Translate only translates static text strings. :

    -> The issue is tested and confirmed by loco translate now. Also WPML was not able to translate this string. Logo and WPML confirmed: it shoud work without any issue, but not with your/this plugin.

    This part is not dynamic and also loco confirmed: it shoud work.

    We installed fresh wordpress.
    We installed fresh woocommerce.
    Installed your plugin.
    Installed loco translate.

    Now go to current language pack.
    Now try to translate this string:
    Change status to %s
    to
    ?ndere Status zu %s

    Refresh page and reopen backend in privat tab.

    Now go to woocommerce => Orders.
    Select some orders and try to open dropdown from bulk edit and you still see the not translated string.

    Tested on PHP 8.0. 8.1, 8.2 and with 2G memory limit. No server issue/limits. No cache on server. No caching plugin. Also loco translate and WPML confirmed this issue after debug. No other plugins activated.

    All other strings we can translate without any issue in your plugin. What is wrong here?

    Please send me your email, if you need more details. So i can add more privat details and log files to that issue via email.

    Now we asked woo support to help us in this case.
    Loco translate support from paid subscription and also woo confirmed:
    The issue is caused by your plugin.

    We are able to translate all strings from bulk edit dropdown in woocommerce -> orders here: https://imgbb.com/tB0bbRh

    So if you say we can translate static strings of your plugin -> something is wrong with your plugin and also loco translate has confirmed this issue. Do you plan to fix this bug?

    Even I downloaded it and translated via loco. Texts cannot be translated

    One month later your support do not reply via email anymore. Also new tickets are not anwered.
    We running two new projects and stuck in the same problem. We fear to purchase a plugin from you: it will have the same very slow support?!

    Please help us to translate the static text.

    @shakoor99 Did you find a solution? We contact loco paid support but they confirmed: this issue is caused by plugin and they can not help us.

    Going to review this plugin with all client accounts because all are very frustrated and stuck in same problem.

    Our support has been responding to you at an acceptable speed, as you can see in this topic that you opened.
