Can not update plugins and translation

    Hi everyone,

    I can not update my plugins and the translation anymore. Furthermore I could not create a logfile to midentify technuical issues. Support of our hoster recommended to me to contact WordPress support forum.
    Can anyone help???

    What exactly happened when you tried? Was there any error message?

    It says:
    Update translation
    -1

    Please disable and delete the Stater Templates plugin (aka Astra Starter Sites).

    That should fix the update problem.

    And if you still want to have this plugin, you can re-install the latest version of the plugin which fixes this problem.

    Note that this plugin is a one-time-use plugin. Its sole job is to download the Astra theme’s stater site/template. Once downloaded, the site is not dependent on the plugin any longer and the plugin plays no role again. So there’s no need to re-install it or have it running (unless you want to download a new Astra starter site/template).
