• i can not update to latest version an am stuck on 3.1.7.5. says it is updated but then i refresh and it is not. says it can not create a directory and thats why its failing (all of my permissions are correct). I even tried reinstalling the plugin and then all my settings disappeared! Going to start looking for an alternative if these issues aren’t fixed. i do not have this issue with any other plugin. also your premium support tickets do not work and i am a paying user so i’m leaving this here. get your stuff together and fix the issues.

    Hello,

Please try it again and if the issue persists please provide here the error message.

If you uploaded the plugin via FTP, there may not be enough permission for WordPress to update it via admin.

i gave you the error message. can not create a directory in /wp-content/upgrades which i am not sure why its trying to do that anyway. i am the root user i have enough privileges. I have no issues with any other plugin updates. not the first time i’ve seen the issue with your specific plugin. ive tried through the cli and admin.

Our plugin is changing urls in WordPress where to take data for our paid plugins. WordPress is doing all other work about install/upgrade.

Please try to remove the plugin using FTP, download from our site and install using wp-admin. This way installation will be using WordPress/Apache permissions and there should be no issues next time.

    Regards,
    Dmytro
