• Hi, I am the administrator of a wordpress installation. We have been having trouble lately attempting to upload any media whatsoever and have continually been bothered by errors such as this:

The uploaded file could not be moved to C:\inetpub\wwwroot\cgi-bin<strong>/</strong>wp-content<strong>/</strong>uploads<strong>/</strong>201<strong>2/</strong>04.

We are hosting the installation on a Windows Server 2008 R2 machine (vps) which has version 5.3.10 of php. We also have the latest version of MySQL installed (5.5).

What I find peculiar, is the change from the kinds of slashes used on a DOS/Windows system to the type used on a *nix system. Does anyone know what the cause of this problem is? I cannot personally find any problem in the php or wordpress configuration. I have already granted full writing permissions to the IIS user.

Any and all help is greatly appreciated, Thank you.
