    Hello,

I have problem with creating the galleries and uploading the images after I have migrated my page to the new folder on the same hosting company. Always when I try to create the new gallery and press upload button it goes up to 100% but in the right corner yellow triangle with ! sign appears HTTP Error. So I am not able to create anything anymore. I have uninstalled NextGen Gallery plugin and installed it again but that also did not help.
Other galleries which are located on the page are working without problem just I am not able to add any new gallery and pictures.
I do not know what is the issue and I hope that you could be able to help me. Thanks in advance.
    This is my page.

@muazii – Please try our external Reset Tool plugin here: https://bitbucket.org/photocrati/nextgen-gallery-reset/get/default.zip

To install and activate, go to Plugins > Add New … Upload Plugin
To use, go to Tools > NextGEN Gallery Reset

We do not offer specific support for the Reset Tool plugin as is but it can help in many circumstances, please let us know if it does.

    Thanks!

Hello and thank you on your answer but unfortunately I am still experiencing the same problem after applying this method. Is there any other option in order to be able to upload and add any new gallery again.
    Thanks in advance.

@muazii – Generally upload issues after migrating are corrected with a Reset … if this is not the case here have you compared the two instances to see if/what differences there are between the old and new sites?

    Thanks!

    Hello,
it has been a while since I wrote here but during the whole time I was trying to find the solution for fixing my problem. Unfortunately, until now I was still not able to resolve it. I was hoping that with new update the problem will disappear but it is not. It is the same problem when I try to upload the photos and create a new gallery the yellow triangle appears and it says html error. I tried to inspect it with chrome console and here are the screenshots. It appears that NextGEN gallery can not find the right URL on my page (if I have correctly figure out the code):

    https://www.pic-upload.de/view-32986432/Screenshot1.png.html

    https://www.pic-upload.de/view-32986435/Screenshot2.png.html

On other forum I have found the description of the problem same as mine with the solution how to fix it (https://www.netengine.at/de/hilfe/wiki/wiki-detail/?wid=87) but when I try to apply this code on my site it seams that this part of the code is already implemented in NextGEN gallery so I am not sure what to do next. Please any advice would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

    P.S.
At the moment only way to create a gallery is to manually create folder and upload the images that I want using FTP and after that to tell NextGEN to search the folder. Then I am able to use NextGEN for this gallery on my site.

@muazii – Have you tried deactivating, deleting, then re-installing and re-activating NextGEN Gallery?

You are also welcome to send us a Bug Report (https://imagely.com/report-bug/ … please reference this topic) so we can get a better look under the page at your site.

Please include as many details as you can about your site and the issue at hand so we can move on this as fast as possible.

    Thanks!

    Hello,
yes I did. Also I did try to uninstall all plugins but nothing of that helped me. Also I have found on forum that others have similar problem (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/cant-add-pictures-to-galleries-anymore-why/ & https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/nextgen-gallery-image-paths/) but until now was not able to find a solution for this issue. Also I have wrote a bug report as you have suggested.
Thank you on your support once again.

    Hello,
I would like one more thing which would perhaps give some clue what could be te reason for my problem with uploading images to the site. I have used console inspector on Edge (also on chrom) and on the very beginning when I enter the site -> Add Gallery / Images I see following massage:
    Edge:
HTTP400: NOT FOUND: The server has not found anything matching the requested URI (Uniform Resource Identifier).
    (XHR)POST – https://www.mysite.at/myfolder/?photocrati_ajax=1
    Chrome:
    load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils&ver=4.7.3:4 POST https://www.mysite.at/myfolder/?photocrati_ajax=1 404 (Not Found)

    Hi Muazii and Photocrati

I have the same issue. I can’t upload after migrating to a new server and I get a warning symbol even though it says 100% uploaded, it hasn’t uploaded. I’ve deactivated and reactivated, uninstalled and reinstalled, tried the reset too both here and the one in the plugin, checked out server settings, they all look fine.

Did you resolve this in the end?

    Thanks
