Can not upload files

Hi,
Everytime im trying to upload a file (media/plug-in) i get the error: “missing a temporery folder”. I have taken a few meens to find where the problem is but no luck. I tried:

– deactivating all the plug-ins and activating them one by one
– uploading files from a few places on my dashboerd
– uploading files from different folders and drives on my computer
– checking with the compeny i bought my theme from (whoo themes)

Can anyone help please? is it a wp problem or a hosting problem? (I changed from windows to linux when i changed to godaddy hosting)
