Can not upload Japanese review by template. It will show Garbled characters

    Hi Review team,

    I have a Japan Store, so I want to upload the Japanese language review via template.

    I fill the Japanese review in the review_content in the template. And then upload.

    Then we found the Japanese become Garbled characters showing on the page.

    For example:

    I fill

    “これらがうまく機能することに驚きました。 品質は予想以上に良かったです。 ねじ込み時にネジ頭がなかったり、ネジが折れたりすることはありません。”

    And after uploaded. it become to

    “¤3¤ì¤é¤?¤|¤T¤ˉ?C?ü¤1¤?¤3¤è¤?ó@¤-¤T¤·¤??￡ ?·ù|¤?óè??ò?é?¤?á?¤?¤?¤?¤?¤1?￡ ¤í¤?Tz¤??r¤?￥í￥??^¤?¤ê¤?¤?¤?¤ê?￠￥í￥?¤???¤ì¤?¤ê¤1¤?¤3¤è¤?¤￠¤ê¤T¤?¤ó?￡”

    How can I upload the Japanese review via template?
