Can not upload Theme

  • Hallo, I can not upload a theme as it says the uploaded file exceeds max filesize directive in pop.ini, though theme size is 6,2 mb and I installed plugin increase maximum file size ant set up to 128 mb..but even after that I get the sane message, that it exceeds max filesize…what could be a problem?

    Hi there,

    Have you tried de-activating all plugins to see if that resolves the issue?

    One way could be by using an SFTP program like FileZilla or CyberDuck to upload the theme. If you don’t know the connection details, you can reach out to your hosting company about that and they can point you in the right direction for that.
