Hi I am having problems uploading videos, I can upload images just fine so unsure what the problem is. I am using the WordPress 6.7.1 version, My mp4 file is 607mg upload limit is 3g, I have not changed any settings for size the error says the file is to large. I have tried both the multi and the browser uploaders, this is the text on both uploaders:

“You are using the browser’s built-in file uploader. The WordPress uploader includes multiple file selection and drag and drop capability. Switch to the multi-file uploader.

Maximum upload file size: 3 GB.

Here is the complete list of plugins used:

    1. Download Monitor – so my grandson can download the videos to edit
    2. User Private Files – so my grandson can upload the edited videos
    3. All In Ones SEO not sure if I need it since this is an internal site only but came with the website
    4. WP Forms Lite
    5. Hostinger AI came with the site
    6. Hostinger Easy Onboarding came with the site
    7. Hostinger Tools came with the site
    8. LiteSpeed Cache

All plugins are up to date, site was created using the 6.7.1 version of WordPress. Any help would be appreciated.

  • In addition to the PHP upload limit, some server services (such as nginx) also have other limits. I would recommend that you contact your hoster’s support with this
