Can nrelate not appear on a post_type?

Thanks Katrina but I think I’m facing a different situation.

In the nrelate settings, there is a way to decide where we want nrelate to appear. There, I have choices like posts, pages, and job_listing. I only clicked Posts.

The problem is with the WP Job Board plugin, when a new job is created by a user, it creates a post but it’s not really a real post as it doesn’t appear in my posts folder on wordpress. It appears under the job listing plugin.

However, that plugin works with job types and maybe that’s what I would need to specify to not include?

These are the 3 post_type I would need to exclude:

Where to show – or, which page types should nRelate appear on. Where to show is controlled by the Layout Settings on the plugin’s main setting’s page – here’s a screenshot for reference: https://bit.ly/WG8IGL. Where to show can be further customized with manual placement and/or manually removing nRelate from particular posts or pages.

What to show – what content nRelate should recommend. What to show is controlled by the “Include Custom Post Types” setting – screenshot for reference here: https://bit.ly/1pMZtN1. You can also exclude posts from being recommended via the “Exclude Categories” setting.

Just to clarify further – which do you need help with? If you’re trying to remove nRelate from appearing on your job types (which I think you are), please let me know and we can help more with the exact code you’ll want to use.
