Can only access admin website from phone

    I am trying to move my wordpress.com site to www.ads-software.com. I am using Bluehost, and installed WordPress with their on-click install. I followed the link in my email for my admin site: https://www.birdinprogress.com/wp-login.php.

    When I try to access this, it always redirects to: https://birdinprogress.wordpress.com/wp-login.php. Even on a different computer, it does the same thing. I have cleared the browser cache, and restarted my computer, but the same thing keeps happening. The only place I can view the admin site is when I am on my phone, using LTE only. I contacted Bluehost and they said they don’t see what the problem is because it doesn’t redirect them.

    I would like to be able to access the site from my computer. Can anyone help me?

  • Works for me in Firefox on a Desktop machine.

    How long ago did you change the Name Servers at your Domain Registrar? It can take up to 72 hours to travel to all points worldwide.

    A few days ago I changed them. Why am I able to access the site from my phone but not any of my computers?

    Because your LTE service is using a Name Server with more up to date information on your domain name than your computers are.

    During the transition period after you make a change to DNS records on your domain name registrar, which can actually be more than 72 hours, each Name Server worldwide is updated at a different time with your domain’s new info.
