Can only assign other admins a "Ticket Creators"???

Hi,

How do I create a ticket on behalf of a client?

I’ve got Justin Tadlock’s Members plugin installed, so I’ve played with the User Role capabilities as mentioned in your FAQ, but for the life of me I can’t get the new ticket screen to allow me to create a new ticket and assign anyone but other administrators.

I really need to be able to create tickets on behalf of other users.

What can I troubleshoot? How do I get it to let me create tickets on behalf of clients?
