Can only create a gallery

On the menu it only brings up four choices: All Images, Add New Image, Add New Category, and Settings. All Images brings up all galleries, Add New Image brings up add new gallery, and Add New Category and Settings are the only ones that work. I cannot add images to a gallery. What do I need to do?
