Can only create one item at a time?

    WordPress 4.2.4 running Twenty Twelve theme.
    Running PHP version: 5.4.43

    Hi there, thanks for creating this useful plugin.

    I’m having a problem though! Through the create screens, I can only add one item to the list, on line one. This means I can only create one new post/term at a time.

    Any ideas how to fix this?
