Can only filled form fields appear in form submissions

I have created a simple online order form, it works great but because the form features so many different products when the email with form submissions is sent it is almost confusing to sort what products were ordered and what were not. Is there a way to structure it so only filled forms are mentioned in the form submission email? So rather then getting an email with all 72 form fields and only 7 filled out, I would get an email with only the 7 filled fields. Is this possible?

Now the email settings say:

You have a new website form submission:
{all_fields}

is there a way to say {filled_fields} instead?
