can only go to the index.php link??

Hi,

I just installed WP, but i always need to go to the .php link, to let the site work.. .If i wanne go to the admin panel i need to go to https://test.be/public_html/wordpress/wp-admin/index.php(not a real site), because without the index.php he gets a 403 – Forbidden: Access is denied error. I also got the problem if i go the site itself. I need to go to https://test.be/public_html/wordpress/index.php to let this work. I want it to be https://test.be/public_html/ for the moment without the wordpress and index.php. If i copy the files from the wordpress map to the public_html map i get a messed up site also and is alot different then the wordpress link. I’m new @ this so i hope u guys can help me out with this. It should be a problem that lies on my host and not WP normally.
