Can only see manage tabs

I have had a lot of problems today but I think I have tracked them down to a message I received when trying to upload multiple photographs to my Nextgen galley.
The message was something like: blah blah blah, change to browser upload Click here.
Since doing that I have been unable to upload anything. And the only option that is displayed under Nextgen gallery is manage tabs.
I have a limited ability to change much as I am 8000 miles from my pc and just using an iPad.
I have deactivated all plugins to no avail and have uninstalled and re installed your plugin to no avail.
Any ideas gratefully received.Mike
