• Only people within the intranet at my company can successfully submit the contact form created with Contact Form 7 on our WordPress site. The form data successfully goes to a gmail address we’ve set up specifically for the contact form.

Attempts to submit the form from outside the intranet are unsuccessful. I just see a spinning wheel next to the submit button that goes on indefinitely.

Our website is hosted on GoDaddy. I am not sure if this problem is related to GoDaddy, WordPress or the Contact Form 7 plugin, or some combination of them. I can’t think of any other details that might be helpful in troubleshooting, so please feel free to ask if necessary. Thanks.
