    Hi,

Your plugin looks like a much more advanced version of this one:

    https://woocommerce.com/products/advanced-notifications/

The above plugin has no data in the database so when you export products and brands to CSV, you cannot set notifications in bulk, and re-upload the products…and you can’t remove them in bulk either.

If we switch to your plugin, will the data be editable when products are exported and imported in bulk via CSV?

Hello, our plugin stores the data of the supplier that you mark for each product.
You can import/export this data with the native WooCommerce tool (details in our manual: https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-manual/#native-import)

To test if the plugin does what you need, you can activate the Premium version for 30 days and if it doesn’t work for you, you can cancel your subscription first and you don’t pay anything.
You can activate your Trial Premium here: https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-premium/

    Thanks and best regards,
    The MCI Development team

Hi! We paid today, but there’s no link in the email to download the premium plugin, and no link anywhere in the receipt website with a link either. Only an activation code.

Hello, you don’t have to download or install another plugin. Just copy and paste the activation code in the plugin settings page (below there is a “License key” field) and press “Activate premium”.

    Thanks

aah, OK! We’ve never seen a paid plugin where you don’t download a different version before. We will do it this way. Thanks!

    You have a typo:

“Variations and formmated meta custom fields”

    formatted

We set up the plugin and needed to apply a supplier to 300 products that we buy from them, but there doesn’t appear to be a way to do that in the menu?

Hello, we have fixed the typo for the next version.

To select a supplier for the products in bulk, the only way is to import a csv using WooCommerce’s bulk import.
We leave you the link to our manual:

    https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-manual/#native-import

    Thanks

OK, we can do it that way but it would be nice if you simply added it to the Products screen in Admin.

Additionally, the plugin doesn’t function as expected in 2 ways:

    1. We have this setting enabled, yet your plugin uses a header with our company name and there is no logo whatsoever showing:

      https://tinyurl.com/2bn25mo3
    2. The emails have no width formatting, so they are filling the entire width of an email, which looks bizarre and is hard to read. The Woocommerce Advanced Notifications emails (the plugin we are switching over from) look perfectly formatted and have a set width. How do we fix that? Screenshot below:

      https://tinyurl.com/2bn25mo3

Lastly, you have another typo in the plugin:

“Variations and formmated meta custom fields”

    Hello, we answer your questions:

    1. To add the functionality that allows you to assign the supplier in a massive way from the products screen, you would have to do some development. If you want us to send you a budget to do so, send us an email to [email protected]
    2. If the logo is not showing in the emails, check if you have uploaded a logo in the “Site identity” section in your WordPress settings (this section may be different depending on your theme used).
Also check that that logo is a jpg or png image.
    3. The emails are configured to take advantage of the full width of the screen because there are many of our users who need to use many columns in the table of products of the order and if we limit it, all the content would not fit in the table.
However, if you want to limit the maximum width of the email content, there would be 2 options:
A: You can override the template in your child theme and add a width limitation to it as explained in our manual:
      https://plugins.mci-desarrollo.es/supplier-order-email-manual/#override
To do this you must have knowledge of HTML, CSS and PHP. If you do not know how to do it, you can send us an email requesting that we do it for you and we will send you a quote.
      B. We could create a new field “Maximum total width (for emails)” in the plugin configuration section where the maximum width can be specified in pixels. You can request a quote by sending us an email to [email protected]
    4. I believe that in a previous message you already informed us of this typo. At that time we already corrected the text in our development plugin so that it appears correctly in the next update of the plugin that will be version 3.3.2. That’s why you still don’t see the changes.

    Thanks!

We obviously have a log as we are a huge online store with 3,000 emails per week with the logo in them…it’s only your plugin that shows a company name instead of a logo.

The Woocommerce emails use this logo in every one: https://nomadicsupply.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/06/nomadic-supply-company-logo-e1682985455790.png

Hi, if your logo is uploaded correctly and the format is jpg or png, it should be showing.
If it is not displayed, it could be that our plugin is not compatible with the way your theme is saving the logo or that some other plugin is interfering with this.
To find out what is happening we should investigate it in your WordPress installation.
Please, write us an email with the access data to your installation and we will investigate what the problem may be.

    Thanks!
