Hi. I’m a website author for over 30 years and I built a real estate website for myself when I lived in the US. I used a similar plugin like yours. I’m now a property photographer in London, but I’m helping an agent/friend get her website going as it needs help – badly.

In the States, their property data feeds allowed agents to show prospective buyers a list of properties for sale from every estate agency on their website. Not just in-house listings but listings from all other agencies. Their property data feed and rules permitted that, providing the original listing agency’s name was published – which is was.

Will the Property Hive plugin allow visitors to search all listings, say in Greenwich, that are not just in-house listings but listings from other agencies as well?

    Thank you,

    Frank B.

    Hi Frank,

To show listings from all other agencies, that would be a search portal website like Rightmove and Zoopla. To do this, on the agents’ website, would not be possible with Property Hive from my understanding or any other plugin. I’m not sure either why you would want to advertise other agents properties on the agent’s personal website, other than having a Joint Agency vendor agreement.

For example; the ‘Data Feed’ with Property Hive does not work in that fashion.

First, you have the Addon: Property Import. This automatically import properties to your WordPress Property Hive site from the leading estate agency CRM’s. (Expert Agent, Alto, Loop, etc)

Second, you have the real time data feed Addon’s. RTDF for Rightmove and another Addon for Zoopla. These addon’s send to property from WordPress Property Hive website to these Property portals.

    Hope this helps.

    Cheers,
    Ross
