Can Rate Some Comments, But Not Others

    We have guest commenting and guest voting enabled. However, I am noticing for some comments people cannot vote. I went into private browsing mode and was not able to vote for certain people.

    Is this a bug?

    Hi @bward,

    Please make sure you’re try to vite not for your own comment wpDiscuz detects your IP address and doesn’t allow to vote for your comment, you should only vote for other user and guest comments.

    haha of course. I said I could not vote for certain people, not myself.

    I used a private browser as well. There may be a bug here, if I went from one computer to another computer I could also vote twice for the same person on the same IP address.

    Add that in with not being able to vote in some circumstances… I wonder if anyone else has experienced this.

    Hi @bward,

    Sorry for the late response.

    It seems there is some other plugin that does some manipulations with the IP addresses. You should deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation to find a problem maker.
