Can read post on "visit site" but get error reading 404 not found on view post

I posted on 4/02/2013 article -Food Storage as Inflation Hedge. If I go to top of Dashboard line and click view site, I find my post. However, if I move right on same line and click view post, or I open post on view site and click on view post on permalink line, I get either 404 page not found, or my base URL with Media, Settings and Profile. Am I posted and if so, why can’t I view? I have googled my page title and I do find my posted site. How do I correct?
