Our goal is to hide our website with a form – and this form would accept an access code. When a user inputs this code, they can view the website.

We would want the ability to allow users to create a unique code that they can give to people, and those people would visit the website, and enter this code to access the website.

We would also need to tie the member to the code they created.

Can S2Member offer anything like this?

    Hi @imaginemonkey

Not exactly like that. There are a couple of things that you could use to achieve something close to what you said:

One is the Specific Post/Page restriction, which allows you to protect content and sell its access, without requiring the person to register an account. The authentication is in the access link itself. This is not generated by the user, it’s created by s2Member for that particular purchase. The link can be shared, and anyone with that link can access the protected content (within the unique IPs limit you set in your s2 configuration). See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jPk8K6SR8No&list=PLED64B278374AB72F

There’s also the redemption codes in s2Member Pro, which you can use to generate codes that the user then shares with others to signup their own accounts with the access you gave to those codes. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=T3N_vygowbM

    I hope that helps. ??
