Can Save Menu any page but this one – 404

Can’t seem to reach the site with the link in your profile. Divi is a commercial theme and support for that would be at https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/

Oh sorry… the site would be mcguffininc.com

Have you tried:
-deactivating all plugins to see if this resolves the problem. If this works, re-activate the plugins one by one until you find the problematic plugin(s).
-switching to the default theme to rule out any theme-specific problems.

I have tried both, and neither resolved the issue. :/

The first I mentioned I did in the initial post where I renamed the plugins folder from plugins to plugins.hold to disable any plugins that might be clinging to life.

Make sure you have the most current version of your theme.

Your menus don’t look like these Divi menus.

That’s really cool. I’m still learning Divi, and I want to thank you for showing me that.

That being said I still get a 404 at:

https://mcguffininc.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.php

It really is only that one page, as I can add a million other if I want.

That is a link to a file in your dashboard. When you are there, that is where you build you menus.

I understand that, but it is once I click the save menu button that it goes to this:

That is an entirely different page built and added to the menu, complete with error screen loaded as an image. This was added with no problems.

What is the issue and what code should I modify if any?

I have also re-downloaded the image and retyped the post. I’m not sure at what step this gets the 404, while nothing else I have done does.

I also have done some more testing:

Each page consists of only an image. To test the Off-Road-Restraints.jpg I replaced other images with this one. The issue is not with the image itself.

I have made a blank page without an image but titled Off Road restraints: 404 error on Menu Save.

I have made a blank page without an image titled Off Road Bill: 404 error on Menu Save.

I have made a blank page without an image titled Off: 404 error.

I turned off Divi Builder and repeated above steps: 404 error.

I have Changed themes and repeated above experaments: 404 error.

I added it to my menu. The first time I didn’t give it a name and it didn’t show up. Named it test and you can see it on the right side, https://www.onceagreenberet.com/

Maybe you are caught up in some mod security work. Ask your host. WP has no restrictions.

Also try in Chrome, before you save, hit f12. Make sure Console is selected. Any javascript errors?
